Only edition; rare. One of the earliest attempts at debunking imagination as a method of medical interpretation. Many explanations so harshly criticised here today have since enjoyed a renaissance in psychosomatic medicine.
Somewhat browned; several contemp. marginalia. Final leaf is wrinkled, showing edge damage with slight loss of text.
